Small double ensuite room in shared house

The room has a small double bed, chest of drawers and built in wardrobe. There is also some shelving in the corner of the room. Ensuite includes a shower over the bath.

Shared areas: living room, dining room, kitchen and garden. Amenities include a washing machine, washing line and dishwasher.

The house is ideally located very close to the Newport Road with many supermarkets along it. It's also within walking distance of Wellfield Road, Waterloo Gardens, and Roath Rec. Town is a 20 minute walk away.

If you have a car, there is non-permit parking on the road outside (as well as permit spaces) and there are usually plenty of spaces to park.

We're a couple who are quite laid back and easy going. We enjoy watching films, photography, hiking, cooking, art and gardening.

We like to keep the house pretty clean and tidy and it's really important for us to live with others who are similar.

Please note: not suitable for working from home all week (if one or two days at home are required we can consider this).
