Welcome to your perfect professional house share! Currently, we have a fantastic group of 7 men living in the property. Their jobs range from a carpenter to a soft-ware developer. We are looking for like-minded individuals, aged between 21 and 35, who will blend into this friendly environment.

Splott itself is an up-and-coming area of Cardiff with more and more young professionals and couples moving to the area. With plenty of local shops within walking distance, supermarkets just a short drive away, and generally good bus and transport links, Splott has everything you need as a young professional - including being close to town!

All of the rooms are spacious and airy! They all come furnished with a double bed, drawers, chest of drawers, and wardrobe in every room!
