Hi there!

Room available in our friendly but calm city centre house!

We have a lovely, most-bills-included, double room in our beautiful 6 bed, 2 bathroom house which is ready for a lovely person in our friendly house share on a street literally right next to Cardiff city centre!

Brilliantly the rent includes most major bills (water, council tax, tv license), and the room has lots of lovely furniture including a wardrobe, desk and under bed storage!

House literally couldn't be any closer to the middle of Cardiff. 10min walk to the centre of Cardiff/Central station, and St Davids 2 Shopping Centre.

We are ideally looking for friendly lasses but lovely gents accepted too. We are looking for someone nice, kind (and not super super noisy lol), with a good sense of humour to share our home. Good tea making skills would be very much considered a bonus ;) preference given to those not working from home.

You may work slightly different hours - but hope you'll still like spending the odd evening chatting together or enjoying a nice cuppa!

No Letting/agent fees to pay! The house has ALL the amenities - even a Dishwasher (my best friend!) & tumble dryer!! As well as the usual washing machine etc, and the lady who owns the house is very pro-active at fixing things and enjoys keeping things updated - she has refurbished a brand new bathroom and an extra toilet up the stairs so there won't be any queuing for the loo!

The room is a good size and very comfy. It has a double bed with a new super thick memory foam mattress, bedside table, lamp, work desk and chair, wardrobe and extra drawers, but to see the place for yourself please drop us a line and pop round for an informal chat and a cuppa.

The house was done up to a high standard - it even has USB plug sockets! We will begin viewings asap!

IMPORTANT - PLEASE NOTE: No Letting/agent fees to pay, full time workers preferred. Please no smokers, those who stay at home all day/non-workers or full time students (as an exception masters/PhD's are accepted provided you have fairly frequent/standard job type hours) so you can respect working housemate lives. Please no smokers or recent quitters due to badly asthmatic housemate.
