The room contains a single bed, desk with drawers and a wardrobe and shelving. The black furnishing seen in the photos are my own and will not be included in the accommodation.
The room also contains a wet room consisting of a toilet, shower and sink.
The property consists of 7 other students who are all attending Cardiff Uni.
A shared kitchen is included with also contains a big table with plenty of space for everyone to eat.
There are many amenities around including a laundry room for the complex just opposite our accommodation, a study and sports centre for students just a couple minutes away. A Tesco express, subway and pubs are a short 5 minute walk away, but there is a Tesco Extra, McDonalds, KFC, Greggs and Aldis a short 10 minute walk along a walkpath path.
