I’m looking for a student to take over my tenancy for a premium 1 en-suite room at Ty Pont Haearn. This would be for a 10 month tenancy from the 22nd of September 2023 to the 27th of July 2024. Rent is £125 a week (this is £12 cheaper than if you applied for a flat directly on the Unite Students website). The accommodation is right opposite the USW Cardiff campus and under a mile from the Cardiff University main campus.
