Double bedroom available in a 4 bedroom house situated just off North Road in Gabalfa. It’s a 3 storey town house with a garden and shed, off street parking, shared living/dining area and kitchen.

The room available is furnished with a double bed, desk and chair, wardrobe and a clothes rail. You would be sharing the bathroom pictured with one other person.

The house is located between Whitchurch Road and North Road so lots of small shops/restaurants/takeaways nearby. Only a 15 minute walk to the University Hospital of Wales, easy access to the city centre within 5 minutes with frequent buses, and close to the taff trail for walkers/cyclists.

One of us works for the civil service and is an avid runner, one works as a school technician/woodworker and enjoys gardening, and one is a translator who works from home and loves knitting. We’re all on different daily rhythms but we’re a laid back household so it works well.

Our other housemate is Sirius the cat so it’s important you are a pet friendly person! He also works from home and enjoys looking out the window.

Rent and bills are just under £500 all in.
Deposit is £250.
