Double room in friendly house with cat (bills inc)

We have a room to let in our terrace house in Cathays. All bills are included. You would be sharing with a couple in their early thirties and two fluffy cats.

Can also do as a Mon-Fri let.

We have been renting our spare room for a few years now and have really enjoyed getting to meet different people and share stories, experiences, cooking and music etc. We also value our own space to decompress too and would suit someone of a similar mindset that doesn't always want to bounce off people. We are easy-going and respect each others space and keep it pretty low-key... It's definitely not a party house.

There is some street parking but it gets busy in eves.

Smoking isn't a problem but in the garden.

* Room doesn't have masses of storage so wouldn't suit someone with loads of things - (have added a couple hanging rails now which are not shown in the pictures.)
* Shared bathroom
* We would like someone who cleans up after themselves.
* Between ages of 27 and 40 please
* No cat haters! :)
