Newport Road is within easy walking distance with excellent transport links and a range of retail outlets, including major supermarkets, gym etc. 10 minutes from Cardiff centre. Plenty of on street parking outside the property.

The sunny garden has a decking area with patio seating.

I am looking for a professional or post-graduate student who is friendly, neat and tidy. I like to keep my house clean and tidy and am looking for someone who appreciates living the same way.
