You'd have your own smart, fully-furnished and private loft space. The bedroom has a comfortable kingsized bed, built-in wardrobe. There is sole use of your own private shower room/loo. All bedlinen and towels included. Use of kitchen and appliances (washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher etc) if needed. Broadband included. Ample on-street parking.

The house is located in a leafy conservation area in Penylan, with immediate access to Roath Mill Gardens and just a five minute walk away from Roath Park and Wellfield Road, with its shops, cafes and restaurants. Only 5 minutes drive to the M4 and a 25 minutes walk to Cardiff City Centre.

Live-in landlord who works from home. I have a very friendly Great Dane who won't bother you unless you want to fuss him! Would suit a quiet, tidy person. Let on a rolling monthly basis for the right person.
