We have double rooms available in a spacious 4-bedroom professional house share in Splott, Cardiff.
The house is clean, well looked after and much larger than a typical house share. It was previously used as a short-let, so it has been maintained to a very good standard and is ideal for professionals looking for a comfortable, tidy home.
Available rooms:
Attic double room – £525 pcm
Middle double room – £550 pcm
Large double room – £625 pcm
Bills are currently around £120 pcm.
The rooms are furnished, and the landlord may be able to provide additional furniture if needed.
The house includes a shared living room, large kitchen/dining space, garden/patio area, balcony/roof terrace and parking.
The current housemates are friendly, clean and respectful professionals, so we’re looking for someone similar who will fit well into the house.
