The contract is variable anything between 6 to 12 months depending on what month you move in and date. Few examples for demonstration purposes:
if you move in 1st June 2026, 1st July 2026, the contract will be ending on 1st February 2027. Then i will provide a new 7 months contract from 2nd February 2027 to 1st September 2027
Middle of January to February are always prospective tenants busy periods for moving in and August to October as where my contract will vary depending on the month you move in.
