A very spacious Victoria terrace house just off the Taff bicycle trail of Grangetown. It takes 5 minutes to walk to City Centre and 15 minutes to the Cardiff Bay.

The house is equipped with 2 Fridge/freezer, gas cooking hobs, and washing machine.

The room is located at the 1st floor. It is quiet and west facing, setting with a double bed, a large wardrobe, a desk and a chair.

There is a separate living room, spacious dining room and a rear alley access enclosed back garden with flower bed.

Many local stores can be found nearby and a Tesco Express is 5 minutes away. There are also many eateries including Indian, Chinese, fish n chips all and many others within easy distance.

Sorry bikes in the hallway are not allowed, bike parking at the rear garden can be allowed for a small fee per month.

It is a friendly house share with 3 other nice and busy professionals and ideal for someone who likes quiet places. Mature students are also welcome.

No service charge. But all take a share In Cleaning the communal spaces.

I myself only come to Cardiff to work and staying in the house for a few days a month. Another professional male has been living in the house for more than 10 years and working near Cardiff Bay.

One female and other male tenants they are now working near the city and enjoyed a good community of friends they make here.

I am looking for someone who is relaxed and easy going; clean, tidy, respectful and comfortable living in a shared space with willingness to communicate and share house responsibilities like cleaning the common areas, clearing waste for bin collection days weekly.
