Hi and welcome to our listing!

We are a married couple who moved to Cardiff in 2021. I'm 37 and my wife, Anna is 32. I'm a horticultural therapist and Anna is a works for a charity supporting young people. We have a Labrador x Border Collie (Lollipop) and a cat (Cricket). Both animals are super friendly and cuddly.

Our house is a 4-bed property in a lovely, quiet location, very close to local amenities. The room is a private and comfortable master bedroom. There is a lounge for relaxing and a large well-equipped kitchen. The room comes with space in our fridge as well as storage cupboards for food, crockery etcetera. The bathroom has a bath and a shower. There is a dining area, a study, and a beautiful garden. We’re happy to share the house and will respect your privacy.

We live on a quiet road with friendly neighbours. The property has a single parking space available (on street) as my wife and I share a car. The area is full of things to do and we try to make the most of it. We're close to some lovely parks and Chapter Arts centre is only a few minutes away. By public transport, Cardiff city centre is 10 minutes away (from Ninian Park station) and Cardiff University is 20 minutes away. We live very close to Cardiff City Stadium as well.
