Large Double Room in Friendly Cardiff Bay Flat!

We are looking for a third flatmate to join our flat from 29 April 2026 (can be flexible on the exact date).

The three-bedroom flat is located in the heart of Cardiff Bay and is a 15 minute cycle, 20 minute bus ride or 30 minute walk from the Cardiff City Centre. There are also a lot of amenities conveniently located nearby including: Lidl, Asda, Pure Gym, Boots, Sports Direct etc.

The large double room comes furnished with a double bed, desk and office chair, chest of drawers, bamboo clothes rack and laundry basket along with storage drawers under the bed.

The room is priced at £495 per month plus bills (water, energy, broadband and council tax band E) which equates to £650 per month including bills and has a small deposit of £300 per month.

You will be sharing a bathroom, containing a shower, bath and toilet, with one other flatmate. The flat also has an attractive, large, open plan living room with a 65 inch TV with a PlayStation 4, it also has a Juliet balcony with beautiful water views, a decent sized kitchen and there is plenty of internal storage in the hallway.

The kitchen comes furnished with a fridge and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, air fryer, toaster, kettle, electric hob and oven.

The property comes with a designated parking spot that you can use, there is also plenty of free visitor parking spots available to use as well as on-street parking if you have guests over.

Whilst we would prefer someone to move in for a lengthy duration, the contract is flexible on a rolling basis with only one month's notice being required.

Current flatmates are two friendly lads (aged 25 and 28) one works in HR and the other works in a Casino, we do enjoy socialising but also value our own space :).
