We are two young profesionals (29-30) looking to substitute our flatmate who is sadly leaving us. The house is in Cardiff (roath area right by Roath rec). And we are happy with any length tenancies, we want the place to be right for you and we understand life plans sometimes change but you are also happy to rent for as long as you want!
A bit about us:
We both work for the NHS, so probably more than we will like. We have a good friendly community going with the neighbours so we meet them weekly in the park and play sports or do bbqs. We are friendly, love boardgames, love nature, arts and crafts climbing, hiking and cooking. We are easy going but we want people that is really clean and will respect the house and the clean rotas. We both have partners living away so we are sometimes not in the house as we go to visit them as much as possible.
