My flat mate is moving out at the beginning of July, so I'm looking for someone to take over her share of the tenancy. I'm looking for someone tidy and friendly to share the space with. The flat is in the centre of Cardiff in a great location. There are two visitor parking spaces for guests in the garage. The room comes with a wardrobe, chest of drawers and a matress (if needed). You will also have your own en-suite. The flat has a spacious communal area and multiple outdoor spaces including a rooftop terrace. The rent is £500 a month not including bills. I also work late nights sometimes, so be prepared for me coming home late! ideally our work schedules would line up but if not I'm always quiet coming home, and would expect the same from you in the morning.
