A big and a smaller room is looking for you:)

Hi there

We are looking for 2 housemates in a spacious house, close to cardiff city centre.

There is a big, bright room - £487 - from 1st of August and a smaller double - £447 - from 1st of July.
It's basically a 4 bedroom house, but only 3 people would share the property.
Professionals preferred, but a highly considerate, mature, clean, tidy student could possibly take the room too.
It's a peaceful, quiet place, not the newest, but kept tidy and clean with all the basic needs.


We respect each other's space and live peacefully, very considerate of each other, since having a shared house naturally means that everyone has their own life with different schedules.

Please in order to avoid possible future conflicts only reach out if this resonates with you and have same/very similar approach towards living in a shared place, so you would take your part in house chores, putting effort in cleaning (it's really just the communal areas, easy and not a lot), so that it's not only done well, when others do it, taking initiative if necessary, as well if you would consider the house as your quiet and chill "sanctuary", where you know you can enjoy your rest after those long, busy days we tend to have, and where you're respected and would respect others.
