The room: double bed, furnished with a private bathroom. Lots of storage space with deep-recessed wall length wardrobes. Your room has floor to ceiling windows facing directly onto the park, lots of natural light and is quiet at all hours, night and day.

The flat: open-plan living, dining and kitchen (fully equipped), with two modern bathrooms. There is a combi washer/dryer unit for quick cleaning and there is communal storage in the corridor. There's even a secure metal bike shed directly below the apartment.

Location: Located opposite "Y Mochyn Du" pub, on Sophia Gardens. From here you can walk across the park to reach the City Centre or Cardiff University.

Bute Park, Pontcanna's cafés and the river are a few minutes away. There are easy routes to UHW, Cardiff Uni and Cardiff Bay. With city bus lines at the end of the park entrance a couple of minutes away. You're also around the corner from the National Express Station and close to the Cardiff Central train station.

Me: I've been a Cardiff local for 13 years and work in research. This isn't a big anonymous houseshare, just me. I'm sociable and happy to chat, cook, or have a drink, but we all value personal space and downtime too.
