Although the minimum rental period is specified for 6 months, I would ideally look for someone who is looking for a longer term home. The house is in easy walking distance of the Albany Pub with its skittles alley and quiz nights as well as numerous cafes and coffee shops on Albany and Wellfield road. The existing residents are working professionals, sociable and friendly but it is not a party house, so don't expect rowdy Saturday nights or loud music.
