I am currently looking for 3rd roommate to join in my 3 bedroom 1 bathroom flat.
It is located on Monthermer Road, Cathays CF24, 4 mins away from Dogfield Bstop into city centre and Monthermer Road bustop to Heath Hospital.
Bills are not included but they come up to a maximum of £150 each (highest ever) which is mainly in the winter.
