Double en-suite room available in bright, peaceful, and spacious 2 bed flat in Cardiff Bay, near the ice rink.
£600pcm including water bill, but excluding all other bills.
Bills currently total roughly £50 each per month, subject to change (Council tax currently £178 each pcm).
Flat comes with one allocated parking space and a visitor's permit.
Flat has a balcony overlooking the river.
Furnished (including dishwasher).
Available from September 25th, on a 12 month contract. I'm the lead tenant but we will both be equally responsible for paying the rent each month, this is not a room to let on its own but a whole flat to share.

I tour the UK for work so will not be home very often until the end of January, possibly longer. I'm 30, working in the theatre industry, I'm vegetarian though don't mind if you're not, and prefer quiet nights in to big nights out. I'm a member of the LGBTQ+ community so would prefer to live with others who are as well, though it's not a dealbreaker if you aren't. I've lived here for four years now and it's a lush place to be, and I'm hoping to find someone lovely to live with!
