Small double bedroom in cosy house

A small sized, fully furnished, upstairs double room (small double comfortable bed.

You will have access to the kitchen, living room and bathroom. These are all shared by myself. The living room now has a wood burner!

I’m looking for short term lets with people who will be working or studying in Cardiff.

My home is relaxed and has a nice energy, I feel :). I’m friendly and open and respectful of people’s space. When I share my home i’m clean and tidy.

There is parking but it’s half residential and half not. I can arrange a guest permit for you (extra small amount).

My house is in a great location, Roath lake is nearby and a selection of lovely coffee shops etc too. It’s only a 15/20min walk to the centre and 10 minutes by bike.

I’m easy going and am out and -about quite a bit. I love getting away to beaches and forests. I work from home mostly. I’m an artist and designer and work in the community running various projects in schools, care homes etc..
