We are 3 young professionals looking for a friendly and sociable housemates to replace our current housemate who is leaving early October.

We have 1 room available in 4 bedroom townhouse - 1 on 2nd floor with built in closet in Birchgrove, near the Train Station and local shops with good links to the city centre. The house comes with a shared kitchen-dining room, a living room and a study/office with 2 parking spaces. The house has a washer-dryer and dishwasher.

Bills are not included with the rent but usually comes to around £125 - £175 a month per person for power, water, council tax, internet etc. We work from home partially and are looking for someone who wants to be part of a clean, tidy and quiet environment with a group of social housemates.
