• 40” Flatscreen TV with local TV channels and HDMI connection
• Dining table and 4 chairs
• Study desk with power sockets
• Footstool and side table/coffee table

Shared areas:
• Kitchen with space in fridge/freezer for food
• Drawers for storage of food and utensils
• Free use of any kitchen items
• Access to rear garden

Household:
• Professionals preferred
• No smoking indoors, no pets

•Friendly and approachable, but I respect privacy and tend to give lodgers their own space to live independently

• Danescourt is a peaceful suburb with local amenities including a shop, church, and post office. There is also a train station and bus stop nearby for easy access to Cardiff City Centre. Although I can't offer driveway parking, the road is pretty empty and doesn't come under a permit scheme so there is parking available on the road.
• Regretfully I am unable to offer the accommodation for home working/business use due to insurance reasons.

Minimum contract: 3 months, with a rolling 30-day contract thereafter.
