The house is fully loaded with all the requirments for a comfortable hassle free life. It's ideally suited for short term visitors to the city. Towels, bedding and sheets are provided and all the kitchen appliances and utensils needed. Parking is free and readily available. Couples are welcome too but a higher contribution to bills may be needed depending on weekly consumption. Internet is superfast and there's a 55 inch TV in the lounge which can be locked from inside only.

There is a bus stop a short walk away with regular buses going to and from the city centre. Within walking distance is a leisure centre with gym, supermarkets and a 24 hour petrol station.
