Come and stay in our Roath Victorian terrace with courtyard garden. We love living in Roath, there is a farmers market each Saturday morning across the road and all the shops you need and a large park plus a library within 5 minute walk. The centre of Cardiff is a 15 minute walk away.
Our house is fully furnished including bedding and towels plus extra sets of everything! We would leave all cleaning products/appliances and toilet roll etc.
There are three large double bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with bath and shower), a lounge with wood burning stove fire and a large sunny kitchen diner that leads out to the garden.
All bills are included in the price: gas, electricity, water, high speed internet and council tax.
We are away May-June need to rent the whole house for at least 4 weeks during that time. We would need to meet you online/ in person) before you move in to give you the keys/ show you around.
On street parking is free.
