About Me:
I'm Molly and I work in Project Management in Cardiff City Centre. I previously studied at Cardiff Uni, then left for 4 years due to work, and am very happy to have moved back last year :) My hobbies include in the main sports, languages and socialising, enjoying a regular trip to the local pubs and cafes!

About You:
I'm looking for someone who wants a nice place to live, and plays their role in keeping it neat and tidy. Ideally, it would be great to live with someone sociable.

Transport Links:
Bus: There are several bus stops near the house, with the nearest probably being right by the Halfway Pub/Llandaff Fields which is less than a 1 minute walk
Train: Cardiff Central train station is roughly a 30 minute walk
Car: Easy access straight out of Pontcanna onto the A48 which leads to the M4

Rent and Financials:
£850 deposit
£850 per calendar month rent including bills due on the 1st of the month
