Whitchurch House Share – Great Location

A room has just become available in a lovely 3-bedroom house in Whitchurch. It’s a fantastic spot, just a short walk to Whitchurch High Street and very well connected to the city.

The Room:
The room comes fully furnished with a bed, large wardrobe, a big chest of drawers, a bedside table, and under-bed storage. There is also a large cupboard on the landing available if you need extra storage space.

The House:

• Large kitchen with all appliances (washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, fridge, oven).
• Cozy living room.
• Downstairs toilet
• Bathroom has a shower and bath. You will be sharing this with just one of the other girls in the house as one has an en suite in her bedroom.
• Garage for additional storage.
• Garden (the garden has changed since these photos, I am not currently at the house to take updated photos)
• Parking: Plenty of free on-street parking right outside the door (no permits required).
• Transport: Great bus links around the corner or a 15-minute walk to Llandaff train station.

The Details:
• Rent: £375 per month.
• Bills: Split equally between three. (we have never paid more than £150 a month each in the winter months and cheaper again in the summer months)
• Deposit: Equal to one month’s rent.
• Upfront: First month’s rent and deposit required before moving in.
• Contract: One girl is moving out so the tenancy is technically until the 17th March but we have the option to stay on from March if we want too.

This also means the move in date can be flexible as she will be covering the rent and bills until a replacement is found but we are ideally looking to find a replacement sooner rather than later.

Abit about us:

You’ll be sharing with two females, aged 30 and 33. We are both working professionals with different shift patterns, which works out perfectly as the house never feels crowded, and you’ll often have the place to yourself!
We have our own independent routines, but we get on really well and love a friendly catch-up in the kitchen when our paths cross. It’s a very chill, easy-going atmosphere one thing we would ask is for someone who can clean up after themselves and respects that this definitely isn’t a party house vibe so we are ideally looking for a female that just wants a nice place to relax after a long day at work.
