The house is like new, finished to a high standard, clutter free and immaculately clean. There is a kitchen/living/dining room , separate understairs toilet & also a separate living room (just finishing the living room off but will have TV etc) - see photos. Also a Garden with New decking.
The bedroom contains double bed & mattress, bedside tables, wall mirror, chest of draws, small chair & I will purchase a wardrobe for whoever moves in.
All bills included - broadband, council tax, energy, water.
Location is in the centre of Grangetown (CF11) & 15-20 minute walk into town. Tesco is also close by & Cardiff bay retail park & some local shops on Penarth Road.
About me: I work as an Architect and have lived here for around 5 years. I currently have 1 lodger - My friend Ryan who works in insurance. We both enjoy running and the odd pint ha!
Ideally looking for a young professional who is clean & considerate. Its quite a quiet house if that's what you're looking for :)
