Double room available in a quiet, well-kept flat on Cathedral Road, Pontcanna. You'd be sharing with one other person (me). The flat is on the first floor, which is the top floor of the house.

The bedroom is at the back, so it's quiet and gets plenty of natural light. It also has lots of storage, including a mirrored wardrobe and two chests of drawers.

The rest of the flat is fully furnished with everything you need, including a double shower, washing machine and dryer, and dishwasher.

The flat is only a minute's walk to Pontcanna and Llandaff Fields, as well as bakeries, coffee shops, a grocery store etc on Pontcanna Street. There’s a bus stop about 30 seconds away with regular routes into the centre, or it’s around a 25-minute walk to the centre of town.

I’m into films, hiking/running, football, art, coffee/wine, so it helps if we share at least a couple of those.

The tenancy is a rolling six-month or 12-month contract, depending on what you'd prefer. But you can at any point if you find a replacement.

Rent is £748 per month.
