3 Bedroom for Rent in Ely - Cardiff

Hi, I’m a 28-year-old live-in landlord and working professional. I’m renting out three rooms in my home: two large rooms and one smaller room.

Bedroom 1 (Grey blinds) – Double bed – £575 per month
Bedroom 2 (Teal curtains) – Small double bed – £575 per month
Bedroom 3 (Red curtains) – Single bed – £500 per month

All bills included.

I’m ideally looking for working professionals. I don’t have any specific preferences regarding industry, age, or gender — I’m simply looking for respectful and easygoing housemates.

The house has fast WiFi available throughout. The living room is a shared space for relaxing and watching TV, and the bathroom, kitchen, and garden are also shared. With the warmer months coming up, I’m more than happy to have BBQs in the garden. There is a driveway with space for two cars, as well as additional on-street parking. There is also plenty of storage space secured in the shed which acts as my personal workshop.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active and regularly do activities such as camping and hiking. I don’t expect anyone to join in, of course, but you’d always be welcome if you fancied it.

I’m fairly laid-back and will mostly keep to myself, but I do value a tidy and considerate home environment. I’d appreciate housemates who are mindful of noise, particularly on weekdays, as the neighbours have children who need their sleep.

I’m also open to reasonable suggestions for improvements or additions to the house — if it’s feasible, I’m happy to consider it.
