Spacious Double Room in an all Girls House share

A bright and spacious double room is becoming available in a clean, quiet 3-bedroom all-girls house. We are looking for a respectful, tidy, and considerate person to take over my tenancy from the first week of April.

The house has a calm and friendly atmosphere and is ideal for someone who enjoys a peaceful home environment where everyone is mindful of each other’s work schedules and downtime.

The room & house:
- Good-sized double bedroom
- 3 bedrooms, 1 shared bathroom
- Plenty of storage space around the house
- Clean, tidy and respectful household
- Shared living areas with space to relax
- The house is conveniently located close to Lidl, Asda, and public transport.

Bills:
Bills typically come to around £100–£120 per month, depending on usage.

Tenancy details:
- Available: First week of April
- Current Contract ends at the end of June, with an option to renew the contract for another year from July.

We’re looking for someone clean, respectful of shared spaces, and easy to live with, who appreciates a quiet and comfortable home and is happy to help keep communal areas tidy as part of a household cleaning rota.

We are a house share of professional women and are ideally looking for someone in a similar situation, though a mature student may also be considered.
