We have a double room available in our three-bedroom house in Pontcanna, one of Cardiff’s nicest areas. The house is on a quiet residential street but only a short walk from lots of great cafés, bakeries, restaurants and shops.

You’re also right next to Bute Park, which is perfect for walks, runs or cycling into the city centre. Pontcanna has loads of great local spots including Bröd Bakery, Ground Bakery and the independent cafés and shops along Pontcanna Street.

The house itself is spacious and comfortable with:

- A large open-plan living room
- Separate kitchen and dining area
- Private garden
- One shared bathroom
- Plenty of natural light throughout

The available room is a good-sized double bedroom with built-in storage.

You’d be living with two young professionals, so ideally we’re looking for another young professional who is clean, friendly and easy-going and happy sharing a relaxed home.
