Hi, I’m looking for a flatmate to join me in a great 2-bedroom in Cathays from 7th April, contract initially until 5th September but can be extended.

Room: Furnished double bedroom with shared bathroom.

Flat: Modern 2- bedroom flat
Shared kitchen and living room
Utility room
Storage room

Rent: £600 per month
Bills: £154 per month ( fixed package includes gas, electricity, Sky broadband, water and TV licence)
Council Tax: Student exemption

Me: I’m currently a 2nd year student at Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama studying Classical Voice. I also have a big interest in Musical Theatre, so much of my time is taken up with classes and rehearsals but I also like eating out and going for drinks occasionally. I also like spending time with friends, watching TV and relaxing.

You: Ideally you’re an easy-going student who is tidy and considerate, looking for a comfortable home to relax in.
