I’m looking for a new flatmate as my current housemate is moving out after graduating.
The flat is a cozy 2-bedroom place, located very close to Bute Park, the Business School, and within walking distance to the city centre; perfect if you enjoy a mix of nature and city life.

A little bit about me: I’m a PhD student and I usually work from home. I’m an easygoing, friendly, and smiley person who enjoys a chat now and then, but I also really respect personal space and quiet time.
