We have a furnished double room to rent at a great location, just off Whitchurch Street which has a multitude of shops, restaurants and other amenities.

University Hospital is a 20 minute walk from the house, it is a 30 minute walk into town, with multiple bus stops on Whitchurch Street, with a 30 minute bus ride to the train station. There is on-street parking on Talygarn Street and on the surrounding streets.

The house had a new kitchen in 2022, and a new boiler this year.

The available room is upstairs, at the back of the house and contains a double bed, a desk with chair, wardrobe and drawers. The kitchen and living room area are shared and there is an outside space.

The most of the photos show the house before it was occupied, prospective tenants are invited to meet the existing tenants and see the house as it is lived in today.

We are looking professionals to join the two existing professional in the house.
