Double room available now in a 3 bed end of terrace house, with live-in landlord/housemate and a well-behaved 9yo dog.
The bedroom is currently pink, but happy to repaint it white if a dealbreaker for a long term let (+6 months).

The house is situated on a quiet street in Morganstown, with easy access to the M4. It's a 1 minute walk to a bus stop with direct routes to Cardiff city centre via Canton, and it's around 15 minute walk to Radyr or Taffs Well's train stations. And lots of great walks nearby, if you're into that.
