Double room in Roath lake house share

We’re looking for a new housemate to join our friendly, quiet home next to Roath lake. The room is spacious and unfurnished, with a built-in wardrobe and plenty of storage. The house is a 4-bed (one is an office), with an open-plan kitchen/diner, living room, utility room, and a large sunny garden. There are 3 bathrooms (you’ll share the main one), plus a downstairs toilet. Driveway and street parking available.

About us! We are Rach & Alex, two young professionals. We’re active, sociable friends who enjoy fitness, being outdoors, games nights, walks/runs around the lake, and summer BBQs. We’re looking for someone who enjoys a mix of socialising and having their own space. We’re both busy during the week and evenings (Alex works shifts, and Rach works from home 2 days a week), so as working individuals we like to maintain a calm, clean and comfortable living environment. Although busy, we like to spend time together when we’re around. Rach is vegetarian and appreciates respect in the kitchen. No smokers or pets, please, not allowed though we love animals!

Rent: £750/month (bills included). We occasionally chip in for shared house expenses (like decor or furniture). Renewal of contract is due in September however an earlier move in could be discussed. If you're interested, drop Rach a message to arrange a coffee/lunch meetup!
