Hiya, this spacious and affordable house accommodates 5 people; has 2 bathrooms and even a 6th room which is a spare! I'm staying with 4 other friendly and sociable lads. I urgently need someone to replace me as a tenant since I no longer study in Cardiff.
The house is in Roath, 2 St Peters Street, and is a short walk from Cardiff University and the city centre. The Street itself is quiet though and opposite a church so your evenings won't be disturbed.
Rent is £121 per week.
Bills are £24 per week.
