This is a joint contract which will end on 31st March 2027.
We're 2 friends who lived together as master's students and are now hoping to form a good group as we head out into the world of work!
We have both lived in different houses owned by the same landlords for several years now, we have an excellent relationship with them and know we will be looked after!
We're all ready moved in and working with the landlord to build a good co-operative team.
The landlord is old school and doesn't require a deposit but expects high standards of cleanliness and general behaviour.
This is a beautiful house, enormous, bright and well insulated.
Some of the bedrooms are really big and some are smaller, the rent reflects this.
Weekly cleaning of the bathrooms and communal spaces is included in the rent.
All other bills are organised by the housemates. Everyone has to take responsibility for at least one area of household management and make sure that everyone does their bit and pays their share.
Cost of last years bills can be provided at a later stage. (not available yet as current housemates haven't yet finalised them)
There are NO parking spaces available at the house and we advise that people with cars might not be considered - the council are about to change the permit spaces outside and its already impossible to park. Sorry!
HOWEVER>>> the house has plenty of indoor space for parking bycycles.
Location wise - the property is ideal for people working in Town/University.
Bedrooms photos not available, they're getting a lick of paint before our hopefully new friends move in on 15th June. ( or before - its negotiable.)
We'll consider anyone to join our group, but we really want people who are out of the house or working the same sort of hours as us, because it will help us to budget for heating costs.
The landlord will help us make a shortlist and will update us daily on applications and a long- list.
The landlord will perform a suitability check so be prepared to provide paperwork if you make it to the final shortlist
We really want people who can commit to the joint contract until the end of March 2027.
