The other tenants are all females so a female would be strongly preferred. There is a mix of masters students/post masters on graduate visas. This is a quiet house. All very friendly.

The room available is the upstairs middle room, with a double bed, IKEA wardrobe, desk, chest. Lots of light. Recently refurbished.

The house has one bathroom and a second toilet.

Rent is £400pm excluding bills and £490 including bills - utility bills, council tax, water and wireless broadband. Bills normally per room amount to £100 -£120 pp so this is a net £390 - £400pm
