Double room + own bathroom in Cardiff Bay

I have a double bedroom with your own bathroom available to rent in the Cardiff Bay Area. This room is currently being used as a work from home office but I am leaving this job from 19 June to have a career break to go travelling for a few weeks so I am looking to rent out the room going forward. So you will have a space to yourself for a few weeks of summer and then I will be a live in landlord for the rest of the time (I own the flat so no dodgy agencies!)

The whole flat has recently been refurbished and has a shared living room and kitchen. There is a gated car park on site (+ free ungated visitor parking). I have my own en-suite off my bedroom, so the second bathroom just opposite the bedroom would be all yours to use.

The flat is located on O’Leary drive (just off Ferry Road) and has 3 supermarkets, a gym, pub and bus stops to city centre close by. It takes approximately 20 minutes to walk into the main area of Cardiff bay where there’s loads of nice bars and restaurants. There is also a bus stop just down the road that goes into the city centre, with easy access to the A4232 if you’re driving.

About me:
I am a 32 year old single young professional looking for a fellow female housemate in a similar life stage. I also have a 3 year old cat called Zeus, who is a shy boy, but loves cuddles and scratches once he’s familiar with you. A cat/animal lover is a must, as I am hoping any flat mate would be ok with feeding and litter tray duties just when I am on holiday (he will be my responsibility at all other times). I am interested in theatre and gaming, and am happy both socialising with friends and having quiet nights in to chill with movies and snacks. Ideally would be looking for someone who has similar 9-5 type working hours, though this is definitely negotiable.

The rent includes all bills and utilities and also covers the service charge/ ground rent paid to the building management company who own the apartment complex.
