Hello! I'm looking for someone to take over a tenancy from 1st August 2026 in a shared house in Cardiff.
The current situation is 3 friendly girls who all study Art at Cardiff Metropolitan University. Were all sociable, creative, and enjoy a relaxed, welcoming house atmosphere.
House details:
Tenancy start and move in date is from 1st August 2026 and will end 29th July 2027.
Shared with 3 female Cardiff Met students, 2 going into 2nd year and 1 going into the 3rd.
Great location for any students in Cardiff.
Rent is £159 per week, all bills included
Rooms are quite spacious, all have a double bed. 1 shared bathroom. Washer, dryer and dishwasher all in kitchen. Nice garden. On road parking available.
House is located off Albany road so plenty of easy bus route access and plenty of shops near by.
This would be ideal for a female student looking for a friendly and creative household for the next academic year.
