Flatmate wanted to share a 2-bed flat in Roath

Hey, I'm looking for a considerate, reliable and friendly flatmate to share a lovely two-bedroom flat in Roath, replacing a flatmate who is getting married and moving out. Rent is £625 a month, bills are not included. Council tax is band E. Parking is permit-based. The available room is a double bedroom, while the flat also has a smaller single room (which I occupy). This is a rented property, and is managed by a reliable and well-regarded letting agency. The location is great, with Roath Park on the doorstep and easy access to the city centre and local cafes and shops.

I'm a working professional and value a calm, friendly home rather than a party house. That said, I'm sociable and always happy to chat, share a meal, or spend time together sometimes. I'm looking to live with someone who values mutual respect, good communication and consideration for one another. I think open and honest communication is important, and I'm keen to create a harmonious living environment where any issues can be discussed respectfully.

A bit about me: I'm a 31-year-old professional. I'm actively involved in my local church, and my faith is an important part of my life. I'm an active, outdoorsy person who enjoys cycling and running. I work from home 3–4 days a week.
