Live in landlord, shared with only me and the dogs. Partly working from home, but away 5 nights out of 14, and I'm often out with the dogs all day/night/weekend.
I'm sociable, occasionally host dinner parties and am partial to a very occasional house party.
20-minute walk from town. 10-minute walk to Lidl. 3 reception rooms, plus a little garden out the back with a smoking-friendly decked area and a furnace, so plenty of areas to have your own space. Lots of on-street parking.
*I'm a musician, and you would have to put up with me singing and playing the piano from time to time. The loft room is insulated but does get hot and cold during peak seasons - extra heaters and a high-powered fan are supplied. Lots of storage available, eaves and an additional large wardrobe available in my office/guest room. Smokers are fine outdoors. No pets, soz. Zola & Molly are very quiet unless the doorbell rings. *Full disclosure, I may be moving/selling/renting the whole house in 18 months, but all unknown at this point and tbc...
There is a Chinese takeaway next door, take that as a benefit or a detractor, that's up to you. Yes, some are AI-edited; current tenant's moving boxes had to be airbrushed out!
