Situated very close to Wellfield Road, local amenities on your doorstep and Roath Park a few minutes walk away. You’d be joining three friendly, easygoing girls in their mid to late 20s who enjoy a relaxed vibe at home. We’re a sociable bunch who like to chat, occasionally hang out for a drink, and unwind together over some TV, but we also value our own space.
Bedroom is located on the first floor and comes fully furnished. The house has a large open plan kitchen/living room, a bathroom, a separate dining room and a garden. We have an amazing and responsive landlord who we have a great relationship with.
