New Housemate Needed

Hi I’m looking for a new housemate as the current one is moving out. I work full time in hospitality currently and I’m looking for another professional to live with.

The room is reasonably sized, it can comfortably fit a double bed, desk and 2 chest of draws + shelf. It will be largely unfurnished however my housemate is able to leave the current bed and mattress behind as well as a bookshelf if you’re interested.

The kitchen and lounge are 1 open plan room, it’s all very new and modern and we are the first people to live here since it was built. The shower and bathroom are also quite modern and nice.

The flat was unfurnished (white goods notwithstanding) initially so all the current furniture was provided by me.

It has excellent transport links to the city centre, theirs a bus stop directly outside the front door.

It’s reasonably quiet block of flats composed entirely of professionals. It’s very close to the centre of Canton and Pontcanna and it’s a fairly nice area of the city.

Council tax band C : £149 a month (£74.5 each)
Total other bills (wifi, water, electricity) : £95.50 each
