The location is one of the biggest advantages of the property. Both Cardiff Bus services and National Express coach stops are just a few minutes' walk away, and most Cardiff University buildings can be reached within minutes on foot. It's an ideal home for a student who values easy access to campus while still being close to shops, transport links, and the city centre.

The house has just two bedrooms, and I would be your only housemate. I'm currently in the second year of my PhD, so I'm looking for a mature, considerate student who enjoys a calm and respectful living environment.

We would share:

A bathroom (shower, washbasin, and toilet)
A lovely backyard
