Three friendly and fairly self-sufficient cats live here. They spend most of their time outdoors now it’s warmer, but you’ll need to be cat-friendly. Two of them may be leaving the household when you move in/ shortly after you move in.

The woman in the downstairs bedroom (room 2) is looking to move out mid-August.

There is a woman in the second upstairs bedroom.
Both are mid-to-late twenties, full-time working, sociable, funny, and respectful of personal space.

I live in London for work, I’ll occasionally return briefly to sort belongings / house bits.
