It's a two-bed property, the room available is a medium room (the previous person managed to get a king-sized bed in there), but also comes with the space on the landing. There's a movable wooden wardrobe in the room, but otherwise unfurnished. There's one big bathroom with a bath and a shower. A long, narrow kitchen with a fridge, oven, washer, and a laundry room with a dryer, bins and a bit of extra storage as well. Understairs storage as well as attic storage. Huge living room with TV, L-shaped sofa, shelves and cupboards for storage, big dining table and coat and shoe rack. There's also a garden, a small patio with a decent lawn, a small but tall bike shed and garden storage, and a table and four chairs. Neighbours are super friendly and are honestly the best I've had, they're so nice!

Electric: £50/£80 summer/winter
Council tax: I'm exempt, but it's £70 a month I believe, for a full year.
Water: roughly £30-£50 per month, billed every 3 months.
Internet: £18 a month

It's student and disability friendly as long as you can afford it, the landlord doesn't ask for proof, only your word. No guarantor needed. Somewhat pet friendly, but the landlord won't accept a big dog as there's already a medium sized dog in the property. Landlord is very nice and doesn't live in the property.

Due to allergies, I am looking for someone vegetarian as my dog is allergic to all meat except white fish. I also have a few allergies, so I'm very clean in the kitchen, but also I am very clean and tidy in general. Currently a student about to enter third year, and I am 29, LGBTQ+, and away somewhat regularly to visit family and friends. Let me know if you have any questions about me or the house!
